Wattstopper On-Site-Only Service Visits

Wattstopper offers 2 levels of annual on-site service agreements. These service agreements include a set number of site visits at a discounted rate compared with individual service calls. The site visits included in the agreement can be prescheduled by the customer any time within the year or can be utilized as needed throughout the year. Each service visit can be used to meet the customer’s needs including training, retuning, reprogramming, device calibration, and firmware updates. Site visits can also be individually purchased a la carte without a service agreement or in addition to service agreements for unexpected events or to provide additional visits as needed.
