Legrand Wiremold has determined that the hot and neutral wires are reversed on the receptacles which could pose a potential risk of electric shock. Consumers should immediately stop using the power strips and return them to Legrand Wiremold for a replacement or refund. The Model PX1001 power strips, which retailed at $39.99, came in red packaging. The manufactured dates, presented as product date codes January 2011 through June 2012, are found imprinted on a circle on the bottom with an arrow pointing to the number of the month and the year in the center, “11” or “12”.
