“As the world of residential custom integration has evolved it is imperative for manufacturers to enhance how we serve our customers to ensure their long-term success. This means not just comprehensive service and support, but also making it easier to do business with Legrand,” stated Steve Decker, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Residential AV, Legrand North and Central America.
With sights set on the future of connected homes, this collective business will lead with innovation by investing in emerging IoT technology, expanded system features, UI/app development and the end-user experience. Over the course of the next year, Legrand will be rolling out a comprehensive plan to support custom integration professionals. For the first time at CEDIA, the nine residential focused brands will all be in one Legrand booth demonstrating the solutions, services and integration not only internally but also with our industry partners. Today, integrators already have access to a host of new benefits by brand, including enhanced technical support, simplified ordering, exclusive products and tiered incentive programs.
